• Newsletter / lead magnet: email and, if provided, name.
• Payment data: name and email submitted at checkout. Card details are processed directly by Stripe and never stored by us.
• Quiz responses: answers submitted via the Growth Blocker Quiz, used solely to prepare your report.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited (e.g. via server logs or analytics, if used).

3. Legal basis and purposes

We process your data on the following bases under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Consent: when you submit a contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, you give consent to process your data for the stated purpose.
• Contract: where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you (e.g. delivering a purchased service).

Contact and newsletter data are typically kept until you withdraw consent or request erasure, or for a defined period (e.g. 2–3 years for business enquiries unless you ask for deletion earlier). Where this occurs, transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring your data receives an equivalent level of protection.
